Date format

Can the date format set on dd/mm/yyyy in the mobile app?

  • Hello,

    When you update the type of date format in your Insightly Account via the web version this should reflect in your Insightly mobile app as well. You can find how to do this via this article: How to configure your date and time settings

    Here are the steps as well: 

    1. Go to User Settings > User Details.
    2. Select your Date Time Culture. Choose your region to get localized time and date options. Your Date Format and Time Format will be updated to the most common formats for your region. You can change each format to suit your preferences if you don't want to use the default settings.
    3. Select your Date Format. A preview will appear to the right of the dropdown.
    4. Select your Time Format. A preview will appear to the right of the dropdown.
    5. Click Save User Details.

  • I had already successfully modified in the web version, but unfortunately it isn't taken over in the mobile app.

    Can you provide a screenshot of your Insightly web version showing the success of the change and one of your mobile app where the change does not reflect in the same way?
