Switch your team to the new Insightly User Experience

Hello,

We will active the "Switch your team to the new Insightly User Experience".

The question is, can we back to old again if we aren't satisfied?

How is the proceses?

    Happy to hear it!

    Any admin can switch to the new view layout by going to System Settings > Switch your team to the new Insightly User ExperienceFrom there tick off the box and save your settings. You'll be logged out and prompted to log in with our new login page.

    Please note: Once you switch between Insightly Classic and the New Insightly Experience, you will not be able to switch back to the Classic version.

    Thank you for your response!

     

    We are interested to send a mail to all contacts who added on Task's links. For example we have added many contacts in a Task's links before and now will send a mail to all contacts who linked on Task. Is that possible?

     

    We didn't add contact's tag to many of our old contacts, so we can't list them for sending a mail. 

    Do you have any suggestions about how we can send a mail to all contacts who added on Task's links?

  • Hello Shiva,

    What you are looking for is currently not available with Insightly. The best option here is to create a Task Report in which you can add the column "Linked Contact" to your Report. You can then run the report and select each Contact within the Report to copy the email address and add it to a list. I understand how this can seem very time consuming however it is the best option when wanting to email a list of Contacts linked to Tasks.
