Social media links

After inputting social media profile url nothing happens. No icon appears, no posts feed. There is even no information that anything was typed in! (pic1) Only in "Edit" mode I can see text (pic2).

Why it is like that? Is it a general problem or matter of wrong settings or subscription plan or this is how insightly works it's usual way?

    I'm sorry you're having trouble with that. It sounds like your issue could be related to your web browser.

    To check if it’s the browser, can you try accessing the page with a different browser than the one you have been using? We recommend Firefox or Chrome and make sure that you've updated your browsers to the latest available version.

    If it works in another browser, I suggest logging out of all accounts, clearing the original browser’s cache, then signing back in to see if that resolves the problem. Here are the instructions for how to clear your cache; we've included instructions for all popular browsers, so regardless of which browser you use, we've got you covered:

    Chrome
    Firefox
    Microsoft Edge

  • Hello Alejandro!

    I use Firefox (the latest one) + Windows 10

    I tried clearing cash and it didn't help. I reinstalled firefox and now I can see icons of shortcuts.

    What about feeds (I saw tutorials with Twitter or other SM feeds in Insightly)?

    How to turn it on?

    Happy it's all working now. In regard to feeds for Twitter, this is not something Insightly has available. Do you remember which video or tutorial you saw this listed in?

  • I am not sure that "all is working now" these are just shortcuts and that I can have even in Word or Excel forms.

    Feeds are much more interesting. I know this is the previous interface of Insightly but here you have:

    Are you still experiencing an issue in regard to the social media links? And, that is correct that feature was possible with our Insightly Classic web version. The New Insightly Experience does not have this feature available. I understand how you could find it useful. However, at this time we do not have this on our road map for re-implementation.
