    Thanks for bringing this to us!

    I see my colleague responded to this same question in a ticket you submitted which is T #214456. I see my colleague stated the following:

    "I see that you are currently using only 2 of your 4 users. Free accounts require a maximum of 2 users. If you go into your Billing and Accounts page and remove these two seats, bringing your maximum amount of users to your current user limit, you should be all set."
