Dates Changing During Import

I am importing a list of dates into the Forecast Close Date for my Opportunities and the system is taking a day off for those in months 2 (Feb) to 10 (Oct), but not for months 1, 11 or 12. ie 06/01/20 becomes 05/31/20 (31st May) but 11/01/20 stays the same (1st Nov).

All dates are first of the month so are ending up in the wrong month.  Behaviour is not consistent so cannot simply add a day prior to import.  Dates are in correct (US) format, tried both Excel and CSV (UTF-8) formats.  

I've also updated to the latest User Experience and am using Chrome browser.  Any ideas?

    Sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue. Can we start with you providing me your exact steps to help replicate this issue? And, also can you provide an example (screenshots) of your import file showing a date and the Opportunity in your account showing a different date.

    I'm trying to import dates from a spreadsheet that I generated in excel in the correct format.  The steps were:

    1.  Generate list of dates in the format mm/dd/yyyy.

    2.  Import into ForecastCloseDate in Insightly from Excel using the Opportunity record ID as the identifier.

    Simple as that really.  I'm happy to send you screenshots directly but not post them openly on the community site.

    How do I find your email address to send the screenshots or is there a general address for support issues that I can use to share my contact details and we can open a line of dialogue directly?

    Yes, you can definitely open a support ticket for your issue. This is always provided to our paid users and here are the steps on how to do this:

    1. Click Contact Us and enter the subject and description of the issue. You may also attach files to your request.


    2. After submitting your request, you'll receive an automated email confirmation with your ticket number.
