Can't add new user in basic plan

Hi I'm trying to replace one of the two users I'm allowed in the Basic Plan (looking to upgrade soon but early days still). I've deleted the other user that isn't needed any more, but now can't add the new user I'd like to replace them with. Please can someone help with this? Many thanks in advance, Jake

    Alejandro here from Insightly. 

    Any Admin in your account can add a new user from the System Settings > Users page. Simply click the profile icon in the top right corner to access the settings page. This article shares details and screenshots of the process if you need them: Adding a New User
