Logging in via G Suite redirects back to login page after changing to New Experience

Hi, I changed to the new user experience in System Settings however after it logged me out, attempting to sign back in with G Suite redirects me back to the login page.

I've tried clearing cookies and using another browser, along with trying using the existing account in the Google account picker, or signing in again with the email address and password (to Google).

Looking at the Chrome network log, can see that Google authenticates successfully and passes back to Insightly, then redirects through: 
https://googleapps.insight.ly/User/GoToInstance/449614 302 to /User/Login 
https://googleapps.insight.ly/User/Login 302 to /Home/Tags 
https://googleapps.insight.ly/Home/Tags 302 to https://crm.na1.insightly.com 
https://crm.na1.insightly.com 302 to https://login.insightly.com:443/User/Login?ReturnUrl=%2f&AppId=crm

This loops endlessly, and doesn't seem to report any errors which could shed some light on it.

I've looked through, but haven't been able to find any recent threads about a similar issue. Any help would be appreciated.

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble logging into your Insightly for G Suite account.

    There are two ways to log in to your Insightly for G Suite account so it might be helpful to try a different method:

    1. From G Suite, click on the Apps icon (a small 9-box grid in the upper right). When the app's window appears, scroll down to the very bottom of that window or click on the "More" item. The Insightly app will appear there.

    2. You can log into The New Insightly CRM with this link: http://login.insightly.com as well and then clicking "Sign in with Google G Suite." On the next screen, select the correct Google account to log in with.

  • Hi, thanks for the response.

    I attempted to add the Insightly CRM app via Google which ended up taking me to the login.insightly.com URL and I was able to successfully sign in through G Suite without redirecting to the login page.

    I then tested the login page directly on Insightly and this logged me in OK as well.

    I'm not 100% sure whether adding the app resolved it, as maybe just giving it some time also helped?

    Either way I've been able to get into my account and all the data is there.
