Trying to Upgrade-Not able to login

I have an Insightly account as a Google application. I was looking into upgrading my account and in the process updated the app. Now the Insightly icon takes me to a new/different login page and my Google credentials are not able to access anything through this new login page. How can I access my account again?

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble logging into your Insightly for G Suite account.

    There are two ways to log in to your Insightly for G Suite account so it might be helpful to try a different method:

    1. From G Suite, click on the Apps icon (a small 9-box grid in the upper right). When the app's window appears, scroll down to the very bottom of that window or click on the "More" item. The Insightly app will appear there.

    2. You can log into The New Insightly CRM with this link: http://login.insightly.com as well and then clicking "Sign in with Google G Suite." On the next screen, select the correct Google account to log in with.

  • When I do this, it just takes me back to the login screen. It never actually logs me in.

  • Same thing for me. Actually I get redirected to a "Something went wrong" message, then when I click next it takes me to the "Sign in with Google" screen. Need help asap on this one!  ***UPDATE*** I think it may actually be a google problem. Logged out of my gmail account and now I can't get back in. Downdetector is showing a large amount of google related issues with sign in and OAuth problems.

    It looks like this was an issue on Google's end. And, we did hear back from them all is resolved and should be working now. If you still experience an issue I suggest closing out your browser and opening a new tab.
