Is there a way to retrieve globally unique user ID?

Hi, I am using '/Users` endpoint to retrieve a list of users for a given account. However, I've tried to add one user to two separate accounts and the response of users list returned from one account:

{
"USER_ID":1801351,
"CONTACT_ID":295603484,
...
"EMAIL_ADDRESS":"test@example.com",
...,
"INSTANCE_ID":631381
}

and from the second account:

{
"USER_ID": 1362712,
"CONTACT_ID": 215623223,
...,
"EMAIL_ADDRESS": "test@example.com",
...,
"INSTANCE_ID": 806053
}

I've changed the email address for privacy, but my point is - is there any way to retrieve the same user ID for the same users when the user belongs to separate instances?

    Hi Metal,

    There is currently no global user ID. ID's like API keys, are unique to the instance. The email address itself is the unique identifier to a user outside of a particular instance.
