Issues with mass mail after contact import

Hi Insightly,

My colleague imported 109 contacts with an associated tag to Insightly and hoped to mass email them.

She did not want to create a template, and type the email directly and send it but as you will see from the screenshot attached, Insightly is not offering the usual options. To compare, there is a second & third screenshot with the usual options that we require.

Could you advise on how to proceed? The same issue has occured previously. We have deleted the import and tried again several times, and also tried with another tag name, same result and same issue.

    Sorry to hear this. In order to further help you can provide your exact steps when experiencing this and also which options you are not seeing. I'd like to try and replicate this on my end and having your exact steps for both scenarios will help.
