Error 500 when accessing Billing & Account

Hey guys,

For a while now, I can't access the billing & account page. When I try to get to the page by clicking on "Billing & Account", I get automatically redirected to the Error page.

I really need to access my invoices. Can you please help me out? It's very urgent.

    Sorry to hear you are experiencing this. 

    I'm sorry you're having trouble with that. It sounds like your issue could be related to your web browser.

    To check if it’s the browser, can you try accessing the page with a different browser than the one you have been using? We recommend Firefox or Chrome and make sure that you've updated your browsers to the latest available version.

    If it works in another browser, I suggest logging out of all accounts, clearing the original browser’s cache, then signing back in to see if that resolves the problem. Here are the instructions for how to clear your cache; we've included instructions for all popular browsers, so regardless of which browser you use, we've got you covered:

    Chrome
    Firefox
    Microsoft Edge

    I hope that helps. If not, let me know which operating system and browsers you've tried and we'll continue to investigate. Any additional details about the steps you're taking will also help us troubleshoot for you.

  • Hi Alejandro,

     

    I am working with a MacBook Pro with the latest MacOS Catalina Version 10.15.1. 

    I have tried to access the billing page with the latest version of Chrome Version 78.0.3904.87 (Official Build) (64-bit) as well as with Safari Version 13.0.3 (15608.3.10.1.4).

    I have also tried emptying the Cache, unfortunately without any luck - the Error 500 stays.

    Regarding the steps, there is not so much to say:

    1. I browse to https://crm.na1.insightly.com and Login with an Administrator Account
    2. I click on my profile picture to open the settings menu and click on Billing & Account

    We've also tried to access it on a Laptop running WIndows 10 (using Chrome).


    Can I support you with any additional information?

    I am using the e-mail address xxxxxxxx which has Admin rights. I was also testing it with another Admin account xxxxxx. Both led to the same 500 Error.

    Thanks for your patience as I worked to replicate this issue on my end. I've gone ahead and replicated the issue and will proceed to create a ticket for this. This will help me escalate to our Senior Tech Team for further investigation.
