Cannot find System Settings, although I am the Admin

Hello.

I have read similar posts on the topic, but I do not see a clear solution outside of a ticket being created.

I am the admin on my account, however, I do not see or have access to the System Settings menu item within the Insightly Classic profile dropdown.

I am seeking to upgrade our interface but neither I nor the other account on our system has this option.

    Thanks for the screenshot. I do see you are the account owner however you do not have admin rights. This is why you are unable to view the System Settings option. The only user in your account who has admin rights is Katherine Stine. 

    I suggest having Katherine go into System Settings > Users and click the "shield" icon next to your name. Then you will have admin rights which will allow you to access your System Settings. See screenshot below for example:
