Outlook 2006 add-in error

Hi, 

 

I get the following error when trying to open the side bar in Outlook 2016. The sidebar works when using it from the outlook 365 online (browser based)

  • Both mine works fine. What is your default browser set to?

    I use chrome, but it makes no difference to change to edge,

  • Maybe it has something to do with the mailbox migration not being completed? I know that when we moved to O365 initially we could not install the add-in for 2016 only to find out that the mailbox migration from Exchange to O365 needs to be completed first.
