G Suite user not recognized / Gmail Sidebar functionality lost
Insightly notified us that "All non-G Suite users lost the ability to save emails through the Sidebar."
We are G Suite users, however, the Insightly account was originally set up without using the G Suite log in process. As a result, our Insightly account is not recognized by G Suite and we have lost much of the gmail sidebar functionality we need.
If I try to log in to Insightly with the G Suite log-in, Insightly sets up a new, separate account.
This should be an easy fix by Insightly, even if it is a matter of transferring the old account data to a new account data with the G Suite log-in, however, I can't get a response from Insightly. An earlier request (Nov 20th) was deleted from the system (#224256). I've also emailed a couple of times without any reply.
