Unable to Print

Currently we are getting an error when trying to print off our Projects and Opportunities.

  • Why is this still down it's been down for 5 days? The workaround makes you print the entire page off you web browser.

    Thanks for that screenshot. My colleague in our Senior Tech Team informed me this is an issue currently within Insightly and are actively working on it. As a workaround, for now, you'll want to use your browser print button.

    I'll proceed to create a ticket for this as well to update you on when we have a solution.

    Hopefully, we will have the update this week. I spoke with our Senior Tech Team and they are actively working on it along with testing it to make sure the issue does not happen again. Once testing is done and ready for release we will communicate the update to you.
