Leads under existing Organizations

Selling to the enterprise space can result to hundreds or thousands of leads under one Organization.  Because these leads are simply a name and an email, they do not qualify as an Opportunity yet.  As such, creating hundreds of leads with not tied to the organization can lead to tons of duplicative organizations being created.  Every rep that converts a lead can end up creating a new org when there is likely already one.  I know that your system tries to reduce this by highlighting possible duplicates, but it won't help when org have many divisions.  That's why training reps to search for the parent org and creating leads within the org, is a better practice.  It would be great to have this function within insighlty.
