Removing Activity set from Individual contact
I saw many other comments about changing the activity sets themselves but have not found any FAQ on removing the activity set from an individual. For example, I created an activity set, added it to a contact and found I was not ready to begin the activity set with them yet and needed to postpone the activity set process with this client. It is merely to un-attach the activity set from the client so that I can re-add it when I am ready. Help is appreciated! I hope I was clear in my explanation.
I compounded the problem by attaching the activity set to hundreds of contacts that have multiple actions in each activity set. When I tried to do a bulk edit and move the overdue tasks, I hoped it would move all of the others in the set but it didn't. Now I have the third and fourth tasks that are now due before the first several and now I have a major mess. Am I screwed or is there something I can do since I now have hundreds of people on running activity sets? HELP!!!
