Cannot start request as paid account user

Hi, I'm unable to start a request in the ticketing system as the system doesn't recognize me as a paid user (emails do not match). I'm using Google Login for both methods, so the emails should be the same. What's wrong here?

    Since you are an Insightly user on a paid plan, then you already have a Help Center account. The email address to log in is the same email address you use to log in to Insightly.

    I just sent you an email with a link to reset your Zendesk password so that you can access Insightly Support, but let me know if you still need help - I’d be happy to help you troubleshoot.
