  • Hey Jordan Roeda,

Looks like this was a temporary issue we saw occur. However, looks like the issue is now resolved. Where you able to log into your account?

  • I am able to login only to comment on this forum. I cannot access insightly and got the message again just now when I logged in.

  • Hey Jordan Roeda,

I'm sorry you're having trouble with that. It sounds like your issue could be related to your web browser.

To check if it’s the browser, can you try accessing the page with a different browser than the one you have been using? We recommend Firefox or Chrome and make sure that you've updated your browsers to the latest available version.

If it works in another browser, I suggest logging out of all accounts, clearing the original browser’s cache, then signing back in to see if that resolves the problem. Here are the instructions for how to clear your cache; we've included instructions for all popular browsers, so regardless of which browser you use, we've got you covered:

    Chrome
    Firefox
    Microsoft Edge

I hope that helps. If not, let us know which operating system and browsers you've tried and I'll continue to investigate. Any additional details about the steps you're taking will also help us troubleshoot for you.

  • I have attempted to access my account using chrome, internet explorer and edge. I have cleared my cookies and cache and used Chrome's incognito mode, to no avail. I have tried using windows 10 on a PC and also using a chromebook, but neither work. I am able to access it on my android phone using the android app, however, I'm not able to export my data from the app, so this is very limiting. Our organization uses Onelogin, and the Google sign-in redirects to a page where I enter my Onelogin credentials. Even though these are accepted (I have the right username and password), I'm unable to access my account. My other Google apps account did not present this problem (jordan@inclusiveperformance.com), so it may be worth looking into whether or not the Onelogin step is part of the problem.

  • Hey Jordan Roeda,

Thanks for giving that a try and for your detailed troubleshooting steps. After speaking with my Senior Tech Team they informed me of the following.

It looks like the best way to resolve this particular error is to reach out to your G Suite Super admin and have him or she remove Insightly and re-install it from your domain's G Suite Marketplace apps.

This allows the proper permissions to access your domain. The error may take up to 24 hours to resolve.

Previously any admin (not the super admin specifically) could provide the permissions to the domain. Google made an update to their API that changed the necessary permissions to access your Google account.

I hope that sheds some light on what may be happening.

  • Yes and it brings me to the same page when I install the app from the GSuite Marketplace. Same error.

  • Hey Brian Justice,

When making this update please make sure that the Super GSuite Admin, not Insightly is making the changes. He or she needs to remove Insightly and re-install it from your domain's G Suite Marketplace apps.

This allows the proper permissions to access your domain. Let me know if this does the trick. And, if not please provide your exact steps.

  • Hello ERIK SAUNDERS,

Sorry to hear that. When you uninstall and reinstall are you doing it under the Super GSuite Admin?
