Our IT support has whitelisted the IP address range required by Insightly. However, when we try to set up an email account, Insightly is apparently able to communicate with the mail server but we always receive the error "Incorrect username or password".
If we try to add information in "Exchange settings", we receive the error "invalid server URL".
Username, password and server information is all confirmed correct.
