import is stating "missing essential info" even though all fields are filled out and match
I'm trying to import/update organizations in Insightly and have an excel spreadsheet that matches the Insightly fields yet it is still telling me I'm missing essential info. I have every row filled out and have double checked and renamed the columns to ensure they match insightly. It's frustrating that when you call the 800 number you do not get a live person for support.

That's what I did. As i stated above, i ensured every column header matched in Insightly and only uploaded customers that had every row filled out. still doesn't work. I tried in both an excel file and a CSV file.
There has to be a better way then exporting each individual organization and then reuploading..... at that point i might as well just go in and change them manually myself.
Also why can't you tell me which "essential item is missing"..... that would likely help us discover the error.

Can you provide a screenshot of how you are mapping the data into Insightly?
