Cannot install CRM after changing user interface (G-Suite) and follow suggestions

Dear all,

I really did not expect this to happen. I cannot login to Insightly CRM from G-Suite!!!

Today I exported some data, and then clicked on "change the user interface for all users". Then I was logger out and then... impossible to login again.

Even "better"... I followed the suggestions at: https://support.insight.ly/hc/en-us/articles/360037072773-I-can-t-login-after-switching-to-the-latest-version-of-Insightly-how-can-I-fix-it- and guess what????

Insightly CRM is not even listed!! Only the CRM sidebar that I do not need.

So please, where is all my data? How can this be even possible?

I have found MANY posts about this problem... really nasty... My problem now is not that I cannot login... it's that I cannot INSTALL it in G-Suite... all this for changing the user interface? really???

    Hi Diego,

     

    We're sorry to hear you're running into an issue logging in after updating your Insightly interface.

     

    We recommend uninstalling and then reinstalling the Insightly app within your G Suite Marketplace apps to help trigger a refresh and ensure that the widget/app directs you to the correct URL of this new interface. It's very easy and I've attached step by step directions. (On the email, you should see any attached files under the words, File Attachments.)

     

    Moving forward, you can login directly to The New Insightly CRM with this link: http://login.insightly.com. We also suggest bookmarking this page so it's easier for you to log in.

     

    That should solve it. The error may take up to 24 hours to resolve as we have to wait for Google to update the permissions on their end.

     

    Please let us know if you're still having problems with that tomorrow.
