Advanced Reporting - 'Organization linked items report'

Has anyone been having challenges with how data is being pulled from the advanced reporting feature... specifically the 'Organization linked items report'?

As an example, If I pull a report type as "Organization Report" and look up the account 'ABC Supply', it shows the organization has 5 contacts; however, when I pull a 'Organization linked items report', it does not show 'ABC Supply' or its related contacts.  There are 100's of accounts & Contacts missing in my data pull. 

When I exported the file to a CSV-  it stated - The first 2000 of 4789 records are displayed below.  The file was sent to me with over 6000 records a ton of accounts and contacts missing.  Most of the contacts in the report have their same data repeated 3x for each contact.  

As a note - My REPORT FILTERS AND PARAMETERS are set to: All Organizations with no filters.

Is this a glitch with Insightly or do I need to do something on my end.

    Can you supply screenshots specifically showing a record that is supposed to show linked but is not?

    Screenshot requests for that record:

    • Organization Linked Items Report
    • Contact's & Organization's Record links (from the related tab)
    • Contact's Organization Field (from the details tab)
    • Data export

  • Here is a the example that I pointed out for 'AAA Supply'.  It would be great to get some help.  Been almost a month without being able to pull reports.

  • I am experiencing the same issue. I reported the issue on April 20, 2020. I have been told that engineers are working on the issue several times, and several times, a support staff person reported the issue resolved. It has not resolved and it has been one month since I've been able to export my contacts. I cannot even cancel my account because my contacts are tied up with Insightly. The small company I work for is unable to meet its marketing objectives during a major crisis. 

    Are other users reporting the same issue and experiencing the same lack of service? 

    Insightly, please resolve.
