Problem with Tags

I've been having a problem with my tags for the last few days, not sure if it is because of an update?

Some of my tags on the contact page have disappeared, are we only now allowed a certain number of tags?

If I delete some tags then the tags that were lost reappear on the bottom of the page, making me think that we are only allowed a certain amount of contacts?

  • The same thing has happened to us. Insightly destroyed our database. On June 17 something was changed to limit the number of contact tags that would be available to characterize and label our contacts. They claim that they are not lost, but they won't appear as you try to add a tag that is beyond the limit. 

    The email support has ignored my pleas for help and I am very frustrated. This arbitrary action has destroyed a database that is nearly 10 years old and is critical to our operation. We were early adopters of Insightly, but obviously they don't care about customer loyalty. This is not the first time that Insightly has changed how it works without notification but it is certainly the most devastating for us.
