Converting Lead to Opportunity question

When converting a lead to Opportunity, the sales pipeline field is not available

but when creating a new opportunity from a contact, the sales pipeline field is available.

    Unfortunately, Insightly does not have the functionality to add the Opportunity pipeline when converting a Lead. 


    However, once the Lead is converted and the Opportunity record has been created, you can edit the Opportunity record and add the pipeline. I know it's a few more clicks, but it still gets you your desired result.

    1. Log into your Insightly account, and click on the profile icon in the upper right-hand corner. Next, select "Product Feedback".
    2. Once the pop-up appears, select "I have product feedback". Type in your response and when finished, click Submit.
