No Contact Us Button on Paid Insightly Help Account

We have a paid Insightly PAID account using email info@langepools.com.au. There is no Contact Us button using this login on the Insightly Help account. How do we get this Contact Us button which is supposed to be supplied as part of the plan (email help). I have asked multiple times without a resolve.
