No Admin Access

I've lost admin rights to both of my users. I believe it was a mistake on my end. Can you help?

    If you need to set up administrators in Insightly, we have directions here: Granting or removing administrator permissions. I have also included a quick video that displays how to grant administrative rights to users. You can find it here

  • Thank you for your answer.

    The problem I have is that I cannot access System Settings because both of the users I have lost admin rights. So I need that restored to one or preferrably both users.
