Need HELP on User Access to ORGANIZATIONS

I am the account owner and an administrator.

I have another user whom I have made an administrator.

But she is not able to see the ORGANIZATIONS records I have created so far. (This article says otherwise:

I have also changed the Default Item Visibility to Everyone for all the Item Types. 

Still she cannot see the records. 

When I open the records myself, I see clearly her as the owner of each record.

This is bizarre that she cannot see.

Please advise how to fix this issue.

    The Insightly CRM Security & Permissions Guide goes over Simple Permissions in detail.


    Simple Permissions are set up for Admin and Standard user profiles only. With Simple Permissions, the visibility can be controlled on the record level.
