Adding a contact to Insightly from iphone

I have been adding my new leads to insightly through my iphone by "sharing" a contact. When I clicked share, insightly would be an option and then I could choose to add to leads or to contacts. It was fantastic. However, insightly no longer comes up as an options. Can you tell me why not and how I can troublshoot so I can still add phone contacts to insightly leads?

Hi Karen,

I see that you have already created a ticket with us regarding this issue.

It looks like you were able to resolve this issue after following the steps below:

1. Re-sync the data:
- Log in to the mobile app.
- Click the menu icon (hamburger icon that looks like 3 horizontal lines in the upper-left corner)
- Click the Gear icon.
- Click Download Reference Data Now and Clear Cached data
2. Please try to LOG OUT completely and LOG IN again. Please also try to uninstall and reinstall the app. Check the app store for app updates as well.
