My boss has an insightly account but since I took over as his assistant we no longer have access to the email(s) associated with the account since those people have since moved on. I need to switch the email so it's my work address but there doesn't seem to be an easy way to do that (I tried following instructions but my interface is different than the one on the community help articles?) 


I set scheduled time with an agent this morning at 9AM but she stood me up and declined the invite this morning without an explanation, I really need help here so we can continue to access my bosses contacts. Please tell me how I can get in touch with someone (and no I can't create a login and submit a ticket on the paid accounts email because I don't have access to that email, which is the whole problem here....)
