Hello, would just like to say that this issue has been resolved. Thank you, J.P. for the help! Took me a while to understand the instructions but yes, was able to transfer ownership of the account.

Just to clarify- Is the Account Owner the only one who can delete other Administrator accounts?
Looking for help as I cannot delete our general marketing user access in our Insightly. We have two users for the account (both are Administrator), we just want to remove one.
