I have the exact same issue. I can send emails, but not reply to them.
Lead Source = Web
Lead Status contains Open
Results in no records.
I can get it to work this way:
But that means we also get results for "Lost"
I realize this thread is old - but I'm having this same issue. Nothing I put in Lead Status works. I am the admin. If I filter for anything I get no results.
