It's been 16 hours approx since this started. (6pm ET started to completely go haywire)
Just to confirm you are not alone. I have reported this on 2 other strings and have been waiting 13 hours for a fix or at least a response.
Same here. I and others reporting exact same issue on another string. We are all waiting for help. So far no acknowledgment of the problem much less help. I asked for help 13 hours ago!

Web-based CRM should allow you to store your data in real-time on your local hard drive so you can work independently in cases like this. This is the case with Google Drive, which is also cloud-based.
Is there an Insightly Live Chat, help desk email or help line phone number? I can't find any way to contact them other than this board.
