Insightly CRM
Email Threading
Email Threading is now available in Insightly CRM for Synced Email Accounts, making it easier to follow and manage email conversations directly within the platform. Related emails are automatically grouped into a single, organized conversation thread similar to how conversations appear in Gmail or Outlook so you can quickly view the full context of an interaction without searching through individual messages.
Each thread displays a message counter that indicates the total number of emails in the conversation. Emails are arranged in chronological order, with the most recent message shown at the top, allowing you to quickly see the latest updates while still having access to the entire conversation history.

Command Center
We’ve introduced Command Center in Insightly - a centralized workspace designed to help you focus on what matters most. Command Center brings your key priorities like Tasks, Opportunities, Leads and Emails into one streamlined view, making it easy to see what needs attention and take immediate action.
