Improved Sign-Up and Localization Support
We’ve made a series of improvements to Insightly’s sign-up and billing experience to make it easier for new users to get started - and to help existing customers manage their subscriptions with greater clarity and control.
These updates are designed to drive a smoother onboarding flow for new trial users, simplify payment setup, and reduce friction for teams managing renewals or changes to their plans.
What’s New
- Streamlined Sign-Up Experience 
- Simplified intake form - we’ve removed outdated logos. 
- Updated flow ensures new users can start exploring Insightly immediately, without unnecessary steps. 
- Improved Payment and Billing Flow 
- “Postal Code” field has been renamed to “Postal/Zip” for better international clarity. 
- Enhanced payment flow UX provides a more modern checkout experience and improved error handling. 
- Additional improvements to validation and field consistency reduce confusion at checkout. 
- Localization and Intercom Enhancement 
- Intercom no longer persists from Insightly.com if a user logs into the CRM portal 
- Intercom and Sign-up flow is now localized to supported languages: - English 
- German 
- Spanish 
- French 
- Italian 
- Japanese 
- Portuguese
