Trial Period for Free Plan

Free Plan FAQs

When your subscription plan expires, Insightly offers a 14-day Grace Period. During this period, your account will be limited to basic features, and only a single Administrator user will remain active. All other users on the account will be deactivated. To regain full access, you can subscribe to a paid plan during the Grace Period.

If you go beyond the 14-day Grace Period without subscribing to a plan, the account will be fully locked, and the account removal process will begin, at which point your account will become unrecoverable.

What happens if I was on the free plan?

Starting October 1, 2024, all accounts on the feature-limited free plan will enter the Grace Period that is for 14 days.

What happens when my trial expires?

If your account is on a trial plan, once the trial period expires, your account will enter the Grace Period.

To avoid any service disruption or account loss, consider upgrading to a paid plan before your trial or Grace Period ends.
