Why doesn't Insightly keep me logged in?
Answer
Insightly will automatically log users out after a two hour period of inactivity. It should be noted that multiple tabs (instances) of Insightly will count as one instance for this functionality, e.g. if a user has multiple tabs (instances) of Insightly open, activity only needs to occur in one tab (instance) to ensure the user isn't logged out.
- This functionality can be affected by various settings on a user's computer and network, including the browser’s cookie settings, privacy settings, firewalls, and security software that may delete cookies automatically
