Why are received emails in Gmails are not being forwarded to Insightly?

I linked Gmail to my Insightly mailbox. However, received emails in Gmail are not being forwarded automatically to Insightly. 

Why are received emails in Gmails not being forwarded to Insightly?

Answer

The user has added Gmail to their SMTP - Email account settings. However, this does not create email sync. Use your mailbox address or Gmail Add-On to save emails received in your Gmail to Insightly.
