When creating a dropdown or multi-select dropdown custom field from System Settings, if users checked the Allow searching through options in dropdown checkbox, that should enable search functionality within the dropdown on mobile apps.

Allow setting the owner on conversion from Opportunity to Project

When converting an Opportunity to a Project, users will now be allowed to set the New Project Owner on the Project Conversion screen on mobile apps. By default, the dropdown value for New Project Owner will be set to the currently logged in user.

Option to copy Files and Notes while cloning Opportunity or Project

Option to copy existing Files and Notes that appears during the cloning process of an Opportunity, or a Project has been added to mobile apps. Users need to check the checkbox if they want to copy existing files and notes to the cloned Opportunity or Project.

When a user searches for Contacts or Leads within the Global search on mobile apps, search results used to only display the name but now we are also displaying the email address of the Contact or Lead in parenthesis alongside name in this format: Name (Email). If there is no email associated, only name will be displayed.

Add Ticket Comment Setting

When Ticket Comment Settings under Service User Settings is set to ‘Public Reply’ or ‘Internal Note’, the ticket comment should display the correct note type on Service mobile app.
