Can I create a Contact, then create and link a new Organization from the mobile app?

Yes.

1. Create the Contact.
2. Go to the related section of the Contact.
3. Click the plus icon in the top right, then select Organizations.
4. To create a new Organization, click the plus icon in the lower right.
