Threaded Coversations for Synced Emails
Threaded conversations are available exclusively for synced email accounts. Emails within the same conversation are now automatically grouped together.
You’ll be able to:
- View a thread counter indicating the total number of emails in each conversation
- Access the full conversation history in a single view, including both sent and received messages
- See threads across all email views, including All Emails, Sent, Received, Shared, Scheduled, and any custom views
- Access threaded conversations within the Activity tab across Contacts, Organizations, Opportunities, Projects, and other records
