I have a paid account, but when I log in, a free trial account appears. Why is this happening?
It's possible that you may have created a second account on accident.
When you create an Insightly account, it can either be a G Suite account, an Office 365 account, or a standard account. The type of account you choose determines how you log in.
Try going to the login page and entering your email address and Insightly password.
