[Insightly Classic] Adding a reminder to a task

Insightly Classic is the old version of Insightly. It's not available to new accounts. Users on Insightly Classic can switch over to the latest version.

Each Insightly task can be set up with a reminder when it is created or edited. At the set date and time, Insightly will send an email and a push notification through our mobile apps, if you've enabled notifications for the app.

Only the person responsible for the task can set and receive the reminder. So, if you create a task but assign it to someone else, they'll need to edit the task and select the date and time.

To set a reminder:

  1. Add or edit a task.
  2. Click Add Reminder.
  3. Select a reminder date from the calendar in the date field.
  4. Click the time field and use your keypad and arrow keys to enter or select a time.
  5. Click Save at the top of the page.
