Can't see your Insightly Gmail gadget at the bottom of your email? Here are some reasons why and how to bring it back.
If you are a new Insightly user: Sometimes it takes some time for the gadget to appear in your corporate Gmail. If it has not appeared after a few days, we suggest logging out of Gmail completely and rebooting your machine to force a new login to Gmail. Also note the gadget will not be shown when authoring new emails, only when viewing emails already in your Gmail.
If you are an existing user: The display for the Insightly Gmail gadget is actually a Google controlled system. We've been aware that sometimes the gadget mysteriously disappears, then reappears at a later date. We suggest logging out of Gmail completely and rebooting your machine to force a new login to Gmail. The gadget should return shortly.
For all Google Apps Insightly users: Sometimes (not always) you can force your gadget to make an appearance. This is a Google development tool for testing gadgets. In your Gmail browser window, enter this URL in the address bar at the top: https://mail.google.com/mail/u/1/?nogadgetcache=1
There may not be an immediate response and it may take several hours for the gadget to return. The workaround for the missing gadget is to forward or cc: your email to Insightly using your Insightly email address. You can find your Insightly email address on the Emails tab.
