Viewing a linked organisation, causes instant crash

 Hi,

viewing 1 of the 2 linked Organisations, in iPhone or iPad app, causes instant crash and kicks me out of the app. When I delete the link, then there is no problem... if I create another link between 2 other organisations, same think happens on these linked organisations, as well; I cannot view the (linked) Organisations - immed. crash.

In web, no such problem occures.

iOS : iPhone6+... iOS10.2... and iPadAir...iOS10.2.1

insightly app 3.17.2

Regards

Kaya

  • Hi Kaya,

Unfortunately, we're not able to reproduce this. Can you provide us the steps you're taking and the Organization you're selecting? Would you also provide us permission to access your account to test?

  • Sure,

Record ID:101673191 (Gulfcoast Chemical) and 101025418 (Tampa Bonded Warehouse) are linked organsations...

When I click (touch) one of these two companies, the company details page shows up for a fraction of second and then it crashes and kick's me off from the app... If I want to view any other company details page (not linked to another company) this doesn't happen...

Originally I observed this 'bug' by 2 other linked organisations and eventually had to erease the link (then I entirely) erased one of the companies, as this crashing annoyed me... The above mentioned link is just created for testing purpose and you can off course test my data. I can re-produce the crash, everytime I try...

If absolute required, I can try to send a video of my crash reproduction.

    Thanks for looking into this..

    Regards

    Kaya
