Unable to Schedule Report e-Mails

Every time I try to schedule a recurring report to send to my team I get an error message that reads, "Oops! We seem to be having trouble creating your schedule. Please try again."

 

Nothing works - any ideas? Thanks! -Kenny

    Our Dev team pushed out a fix for this issue over the weekend, but we're getting some reports that it didn't work for everyone.  Could you all let me know if you're still having issues so I can get your information to our team?

  • Same issue with us, we can't schedule anything at the moment.

    I look forward to receiving updates from this thread and a resolution. We had re-written some reports and now we're having to run them manually so this is rather annoying.

  • Really need this feature to be up and working asap.  My old scheduled reports still run, but the new ones are unable.  Any updates??

  • Hi everyone,

    Thank you so much for your patience so far. I've just heard back from our engineers that we've implemented a workaround to allow you to schedule a report now.  

    We are still waiting on an update from Microsoft to get this fully resolved, but we hope this helps for the time being. 

    Once we hear back from Microsoft with the final update, we'll make sure to notify you all here. :)
