Business Card Scanner Sending Blank VCF to Email

Hello!  I am using the business card scanner. It's working great to get the contacts in the system, but the email that is sent to me with the vCard is blank. Can you tell me what I need to do to make it send over the correct contact info? I would like to use that to bring into my contacts on email as well.

  • Hi Erin,

    Thanks for your patience!  We heard back from our Dev team, and it looks like this issue was resolved in our most recent update.  Can you try doing another import using the scanner to make sure the fix worked for you?
