Insightly e-mail notifications

Links to task etc in the Insightly e-mail notifications does not work since we switched to the new user interface. 

When we click for example "view task" in a notification, instead of seing the task we get directed to the old log in page. Doesn't matter if you're already logged in.

When will this be fixed?

    Are you also only experiencing this issue with Task notifications, or is it all notifications?

  • I currently only have Task notifications coming to my email inbox, so that's all I know of.

  • Just saw this now after reporting the same issue - in my experience, none of the links I get by email work - certainly for Leads and Tasks.

  • Our company is also experiencing an issue with the email notifications for tasks. When we click "View task" from the email, it always leads us to the home page. If we click on the organization or task name in the email, it also leads to the home page.
