Calendar doesn't work

Hello,

I've just started using the trial version but there's no way to get the calendar working.

I've not syncronized it because I don't need to but every time I try to save and event or to add a note on the calendar I get "an error has occoured". I've tried to delete and try again but it won't get the date in any way.

Can you please help me?

Without calendar and events the program is useless for my needs.

  • Hi Jessica,

    Thanks for letting us know!  It looks like you're experiencing a bug in the system.  Can you try adding the event directly from within a record to see if you still have issues?  Just go to the Activity tab and select Add New Activity > Add New Event.

  • Hi Dan. Thanks for your answer. I already tried to add a new event but it won't change the date and every event keeps the day of today. Each time I try to modify the date it comes back to the day of today.
    Is there any way to solve?

    any news? We are really interested in using Insightly but at the moment we are blocked due to the event problem. We work for an event company you might understand how much dates and calendars are important.

  • Thanks for checking in Jessica, this is still being looked into and we will keep you updated. There are a couple options that might work for you in the meantime. We have found that using Insightly in English or switching back to Insightly Classic does not affect the calendar. Perhaps one of these will be an option for you. Thank you again for your patience.
