Webhook (or something else) fired when record link updated

Hi,

I haven't found any way to get info when the record links are updated. The webhook does not fire and record's last updated date is not updated when links are added/edited/deleted. 

Is there any possibilities to get programmatic info, when the record's links are updated? Either real time like webhook or afterwards like "last updated" date field for links or something else.
